  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
    Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Timeframes

Our products are shipped directly from China to customers in the United States.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 Business Days (including handling time)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak season demand.

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but please note that unforeseen delays caused by logistics providers or external factors are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

At Comfy Watch, we believe in providing a stress-free shopping experience.

  • Shipping Fee: Free on all orders to the United States.
    There are no hidden handling or service fees associated with your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery status.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear online after your package has been shipped.

If you do not receive your tracking information or experience issues tracking your package, please contact our support team at support@comfywatch.com.


5. Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. Comfy Watch is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information.

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship the order once the correct address and reshipping costs (if applicable) are confirmed.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country’s regulations are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue with our shipping carrier and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Comfy Watch is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged packaging or product, and we will provide a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
