Our main office is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and all orders are shipped directly from our studio in China to the United States and other available destinations.

3. How long does shipping take?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 7–14 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 Business Days depending on destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders placed on Comfy Watch include free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking information to update.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Yes. Every jewelry piece sold by Comfy Watch is 100% handmade with care and precision. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted art.

Yes. All jewelry is made using nickel-free and cadmium-free materials to ensure comfort and reduce the risk of irritation for sensitive skin.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@comfywatch.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.

13. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, changes cannot be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make adjustments.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Comfy Watch primarily ships to the United States. If you reside in another country and wish to place an order, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.
